Supreme Student Council
Our term will soon come to an end. It seemed like only yesterday when we accepted a different role in our student life in addition to what had already been overwhelming. Yet, we took the risk not just merely to occupy the positions we held, but beyond it was the interest to give more meaning to what we are all very familiar with: TO SERVE.
When we assumed our respective positions, the NWU SSC 2010-2011 had goals set in place and strategies were implemented with the intent to institute a POSITIVE CHANGE. WE would not have achieved better accomplishments far beyond what we have realized if not because of the INVOLVEMENT drawn from our fellow students and members of the administration both the academe and non-academe and the willingness to embrace and be a part of the CHANGE everyone have witnessed within so short of a time.
We were inspired by our past experiences in the university. We were moved by the interest of the majority. We were strengthened by good intentions. We hope these, among many others, will be sustained. For all that we were not able to do, may the future SSC continue to evaluate elements on where to improve and enact upon them through a resolute determination to change. We hope they will continue to identify strengths to tap and weakness to improve on in order to propel our university to better grounds. May they continue to become crusaders of goodwill. And to ALL our fellow students, we persuade you to continue to involve yourselves with the oppotunities of great experiences right in front of you.
This Crusade should not only be emulated by the SSC but by all who count themselves as part of the University Family. May ALL our experiences in this endeavor continue to teach us valuable lessons that will guide us and the generations to come in attaining our goal for excellence. May our experiences shed light in effective methodologies that will propel us to right direction. May our experiences REDEFINE where we are NOW and where we intend to bring our institution in the FUTURE. May our experiences help us re-evaluate all our intentions. May our experiences reinvent us and bring us all together, to gravitate us in one common goal: for BETTER Northwestern University.
It was a great experience to have served you Northwesternians to the best way we can...
We THANK YOU for the opportunity.
Good Luck! God Bless!
